Expand your possibilities in movement and life
The Feldenkrais Method® uses movement and gentle touch as an entry point to rewire patterns of thinking, feeling, sensing, and action on conscious and unconscious levels. The method is named after its founder: the brilliant 20th century engineer, physicist, and judo master Moshe Feldenkrais.
(Pronunciation note: Feldenkrais rhymes with “rice.”)
Feldenkrais —
for
people living with pain or discomfort,
people who want to maintain a high level of performance,
or people who simply want to come home to themselves
Improve your mobility, stability, balance, posture, body awareness, coordination, and cognitive functioning
Practice Feldenkrais through individual lessons and group classes
I’m currently on maternity leave until September 2026. If you’d like to be added to my post-maternity waiting list for individual Functional Integration sessions, send me an email and I will reach out upon my return. Thank you!
